Receptionist/Sales & Marketing Coordinator

This busy & varied role includes Reception, Sales Administration and Advertising so previous Real Estate Reception and/or Advertising experience is essential.
Duties include:
• Answering of busy switch
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Coordinating Sales Advertising
• Liaising with contractors & solicitors
• Contract Administration
• Sales Administration
• Assisting walk in enquiries
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Agents Representative Certificate
- Previous Real Estate experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, immaculate presentation
- The determination & drive to succeed
- Advanced computer skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- A strong passion for Real Estate
The successful candidate will be self sufficient, able to juggle tasks and thrive on a busy, fast paced working environment.
