A national organisation that is seeking to grow its operations in NSW (Sydney) to cater for the increase in volumes of work they have received from the Telecommunication Carriers they work with. 

Your role as Site Acquisition / Property Consultant will see you: 

• Providing property advice to clients of the organisation 
• Liaising with legal advisors  
• Identifying & Locating properties to meet client needs 
• Negotiating commercial Arrangements & Lease Agreements 
• Review Leases 
• Working with the Project Manager to develop business opportunities 
• Reporting 
• Develop understanding  of lease/licence negotiation and lease/licence agreements
