This newly created position involves assisting a growing team of dedicated Sales Consultants supporting their sales activities. The varied role will involve compiling and managing sales files, producing documentation, typing letters and correspondence, liaising with clients and general administrative duties.
This is a rewarding and challenging position responsible for a range of duties including: - Organising and preparing marketing material - Assisting with property exchanges and settlements - Office administration and support to the sales team To be considered you MUST have Real Estate administration experience, excellent communication skills and be highly computer liberate, knowledge of Multi Array is desirable but not essential. You will also be well presented and have a professional friendly approach and enjoy working with and supporting the sales team.
