This could be the role for you! Based in Melbourne's beautiful inner east our client is seeking an experienced Rental Trust Accountant for their portfolio of 650 properties. Utilising the Console system you will be responsible for the day to day management of the trust account including downloading of bank statement, receipting rents, reconciling the trust accounts, daily banking, owner/tenant/creditor disbursements & resolving payment and account queries.
Please note only EXPERIENCED Rental Trust Accountants will be considered for this role
Experience with the Console system will be highly regarded
