Receptionist/Rental Administration
Are you looking for a fast paced role with heaps of variety in a Real Estate Agency that offers fantastic career progression? Look no further, this role will keep you on the go and fulfilled everyday!

One of Melbourne's well known franchises are looking to appoint Receptionist/Assistant Property Manager to manage their busy front desk. As one of two Receptionists, you will not spend your days stuck alone at the front desk. 
  
This busy & varied role includes Reception, Property Management Administration and some Sales Marketing so previous Real Estate experience is essential. 

Hours:
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
  • Every second Saturday morning with a half day off in lieu during the week
 Duties include:
  • Answering of busy switch
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Property Management Administration (preparation of lease agreements, letters etc)
  • Liaising with landlords & tenants
  • Assisting with contract administration 
  • Sales administration 
  • Assisting walk in enquiries

 The ideal candidate will possess:
  •  A current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Previous Real Estate experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • A strong passion for Real Estate
The successful candidate will be self sufficient, able to juggle tasks and thrive on a busy, fast paced working environment. Previous experience with MacPro would be beneficial but isn't essential as training will be provided.
