As they continue to expand and open new stores, this National Homewares, Apparel, Craft, Giftware, Household Goods Retailer is about to open their newest store on Sydney's Northern Beaches and are looking for an experienced store manager to take the reigns of their brand new store!

This is truly an exciting opportunity to stand up and be noticed, and as a result of your success in this new store you can progress into multi site, Area Management, Support or other roles. It is really about the right person, and this is the chance to make your mark, get noticed and really turbo boost your retail career.

To be considered, you must have the following...

*Experience in managing a fast paced, high volume retail store preferably in homewares, apparel, department stores, fashion, household goods, crafts, FMCG or similar, although any fast paced retail management background will be considered if you are the right person.
*Team leadership of more than 10.
*You have worked to KPIs, and wage and sales budgets.
*Excellent merchandising skills, inventory control and VM.
*Strong leadership skills, people management and communication skills.
*You are a hands on manager, who leads by example and loves a busy, dynamic and fast paced retail environment.
