Job Description The role will require strong leadership of your teams where you will coach, inspire and develop those around you. Instilling standards of excellence in a fast paced, high standards sales environment across a diverse product range will draw on your retail expertise and people skills. With a focus on retail KPI's including sales, profits, shrinkage and wages you will be responsible for all aspects of "on floor" activity. Although this role is typically hands on, your success will depend substantially on your people and leadership skills. You will take pride in your performance and your achievements to date, and be interested in an organization where you can deliver a real contribution and equally be recognized and rewarded for your efforts. Strong communication skills, an appreciation of financial drivers and an attitude that revolves around retail and customer service are all key. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be currently a Area or Regional Manager for a high street brand, ideally fashion. You will thrive in a very fast paced environment with regular new product drops, you will be a genuine KPI achiever with a track record to match and importantly you will enjoy leading and developing a your team.
