This Nationally recognised fashion company are looking for an Experienced Store Manager for their fast paced store in Carindale. Can you say YES to the following?? Coach, develop, manage and motivate a sales team. - Monitor and achieve store sales budgets.
- Knowledge in KPI's.
- Control store expenditure.
- Ability to effectively report on stores operation.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
- Ensure all retail procedures are maintained.
- Develop customer base and profile.
A Successful candidate must: - Have 2 years fashion management experience as a Senior Store Manager.
- Be results driven and approachable.
- Mature minded and confident communicator.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Presentable and well mannered.
- Have experience in volume fashion retail.
