They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their friendly and energetic team based in the South Eastern suburbs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager of the CRM Team you will be responsible for the management and retention of a wide variety of high income customers accounts. The position will involve developing relationships with clients to ensure you fully understand their business requirements which will enable you to create strategic marketing solutions for them. This role will also include managing customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer queries, deliveries and billings are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for B2B sales along with:
Previous experience in selling service based strategic solutions Knowledge of the retail market and the print/distribution industry is essential Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Proven ability to meet sales targets Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
