My client has done very well through the economic downturn and has been able to grow organically; as a result they currently have a requirement for good fibre people to join their existing team and help grow the company's market share.

Job Description
For the right candidate the day to day responsibilities of this role will be:
Account management and farming of existing accounts
Designing and creating training packages that meet client needs this will involve full understanding of different training components.
Twice per day you will receive sales and product training on top of your initial induction training.
You will be required to provide input to management on improvements you think are required and or skills you think are needed.
Meeting face to face with clients to build relationships, develop accounts, farm for new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cold calling perspective candidates to sell training packages tailored to their organisation.
Training for this role is highly intense
