The Role: As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the sales team in generating new business for the company. You will be in charge of coaching and mentoring sales reps within your team driving them to achieve individual and team sales targets. Besides large formal printing, you will also offer to your clients digital print, direct marketing campaigns, e-marketing, warehousing and logistics and a range of other service offerings. Selection Criteria: You are a proven Sales Manager who has a background in selling within the printing industry or an affiliated service offering and have a real passion for the industry. You should have a proven track record in print sales as well as managing a sales team to consistently achieve sales targets. Ideally you are an individual who is highly driven to achieve sales targets and have excellent communication and people skills.
