Dealer Sales & Service Manager

An internal promotion has resulted in this high profile role becoming available for a dynamic and customer focussed account manager seeking the next opportunity to advance their career!

Your strong drive to achieve results and meet deadlines, coupled with your initiative and attention to detail will ensure your status as a key member of Ford’s Sales Planning and Distribution team. This full time role offers attractive benefits including a competitive salary package and may also include a leased vehicle.

Having direct liaison with a group of successful regional Ford Dealerships, you will communicate company programs to maximise sales objectives, assist with budgeting and capacity planning and will review and assess sales budgets. A critical function will be to mentor, coach and train regional Dealer staff in the effective use of supporting sales and stock planning software.

Essential criteria include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Demonstrated recent success in a sales environment – including account management or customer service
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – including negotiation and influencing capability
  • Clean and current Driver’s licence
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word

Based at Ford Australia’s Campbellfield site and working within a larger team, you may also travel to regional Dealer meetings from time to time.
