We are looking for a Sales Manager with a passion to succeed, highly self-motivated and target driven.
Our client has strong market coverage in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia; they are now growing the business in WA.
They provide quality welding consultancy services and solutions, to enhance their customers' productivity and reduce costs. Due to their many years of experience serving the Welding Industry they can recommend processes to their clients that reduce wastage and increase welding efficiency. Their mission: to deliver high-end filler metals, welding machines, accessories and consumable.
As WA Sales Manager you will report to Head Office in Singapore.
Duties will include:
- Providing leadership to 2 Sales Executives (currently, to grow due to expansion)
- Drive and develop the current business to the next level within the WA market
- Targeting clients from Marine, Oil and Gas Fabricators, Offshore Pipe Laying Constructors, Power Plant and Petrochemical Construction
- Developing sales through lead generation
- Producing tender documents and submitting business reports
- Conducting face to face presentations
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial sales role
- Relevant sales experience in Welding Oil & Gas and Mining Industries, ideally, however will also consider experience in a Steel background
- Strong knowledge of the WA market
- A passion to succeed, highly self-motivated and target driven Client visits and entertainment
- Experience developing sales strategies and plans customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
