This national group provides coatings and chemicals to a diverse customer base across Australia and New Zealand. With key customers in the mining, engineering, construction and agriculture sectors, this autonomous role provides the opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to further expand key WA accounts.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this vital role will manage all WA accounts currently achieving $1.5m in sales per annum. Key responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, identifying new account opportunities, managing all customer negotiations and costings, maintaining an up to date knowledge of the market and competitor activity, reporting, planning and financial budgeting.

The successful candidate will have strong business development abilities, excellent relationship building skills and a successful sales track record in a related field. They will be adept at generating business from existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. They will be commercially savvy and committed to excellence in customer service. Ideally they will have previous experience in the engineering, construction or resources sectors and enjoy working in a technical environment promoting industrial products.
