B2C telemarketing for a leading Financial Services organization. Conducting outbound follow up calls in regards to product mail outs to customers. You will also handle warm incoming calls.
In return is ongoing training, a supportive working environment and frequent monitoring of sales statistics which in turn, leads to both the opportunity for an attractive fortnightly commission structure and an annual sales reward for the companies’ highest seller.
Duties Involved:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Delivering a consultative approach to customers using the aid of a script
- Managing customer portfolios
- Providing competitive insurance quotes
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience both over the phone and face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability work between to a roster between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday
- Ability to meet set KPI’s
