Join our dedicated outbound sales team and help us provide our customers great customer service with the aim of using your sales skills to help upsell and cross sell customers

In this role you will make outbound calls to existing customers who are who have just signed up or already have bank products. It is important to maintain a high standard of product knowledge, assist in the development of a strong team environment and to ensure high levels of customer service are displayed throughout every call.

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong experience in dealing with customers
• Experience in working in a demanding environment
• Experience in working in a team environment
• Well developed communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in initiative & expressed willingness to learn & develop
• Self-motivated individual

Previous experience in a sales based role is essential, a background in retention or any sales call centre based roles would be very advantageous. You must be avaliable to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm.
