As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling education courses to potential students through warm outbound calls. No cold calling is required. Commissions are uncapped, paid monthly and with an achievable on target earnings of $85K or more in your first year.

Your key responsibilities will include   

• Following up on warm leads and converting them into successful enrolments  
  
• Providing career related information to already interested, potential students  
  
• Conducting individual needs-based analyses with potential students, to ensure the right person is doing the right course  
  
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs  
  

  
Required essentials  

• At least 2 years call centre sales experience  
  
• Previous experience within Education is an advantage  
  
• Enjoy building relationships with your clients and helping them reach their goals  
  
• Possess an ability to build rapport quickly over the phone  
  
• Results-driven and be able to work within a fast paced environment.
