Your new employer is an industry leader in the supply of additives to the concrete industry. To be successful in your new Field Service Technician role you will be able to demonstrate a history of providing technical product support and advice. Ideally your experience will include the servicing & calibration of concrete additive dispensing equipment.

In your new role you will on a daily basis (among other responsibilities);

* Service equipment and perform basic onsite repairs
* Perform programmed calibrations, preventative and corrective maintenance
* Plan and estimate all required dispenser service actions
* Supervise and train field contractors
* Provide technical support at customer plant level
* Maintain and build close relationships with key accounts and ensure company products and services are meeting customers' requirements

As our successful candidate you will bring;

* Substantial work experience in an technical sales role, ideally with a trade background
* Demonstrated ability to work under the regulations of NSW OH&S legislation
* Proven relationship building / networking ability
* Exceptional time management skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Second to none problem solving and communication skills
